David is managing partner at Calibre One and leads the global financial innovation practice from New York City. With a distinguished track record of successfully recruiting C-level executives for industry transforming FinTechs, as well as front office professionals to the buyside, David advises his clients on team structures, strategy, DEI&B, and talent.

Drawing on experience from his successful career as an investment banker, investor, and search consultant, David’s tactical and strategic business management knowledge adds a breadth of perspective and creativity to his client partnerships. He offers a truly unique consultative view and brings a depth of technical understanding to the market. He has a proven track record of recruiting investment professionals, distribution executives, and C-level leaders in investment management and FinTech.

He brings to Calibre One a proven track record of recruiting investment professionals, sales executives, and c-level leaders in the asset and wealth management industry.

Before Calibre One, David worked as a principal for a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on asset and wealth management. Previously, he was an equity investor at Tribe Capital Management and at HBK. David began his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers.

David graduated Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University with a BBA in Finance, International Business, and Economics. He lives in NYC with his wife, two children, and their dogs, Rocky and Ellie.
