The more I hear from him, the more I like him. By essentially saying little aside from stating the facts as they are and announcing that he will be 'focusing on the basics',  Eddie Jones has started to get me very excited about what he can do for England rugby. 

Setting high expectations and working his team harder than they have worked before sounds like a pretty good starting point. A healthy helping of humility also never goes amiss for us buttoned-up English-folk. In 4 years will we be pointing to this as the renaissance moment as we look back after England's victory in RWC Japan in 2019?
