The UK's largest payments processor is expanding into Australia.  The company was the largest British IPO in recent times (£6.3bn), acquired by private equity funds Advent International and Bain Capital from The Royal Bank of Scotland in 2010.

Results are published tomorrow - they should make for interesting reading.
