Great article by @Pilita Clark about the importance of crafting a thoughtfully written thank you note.  Reminding us all that in this day and age it might be the one thing that makes you stand out.  Particularly useful if you are one candidate among many - or indeed if you want your Granny to continue sending you a generous Christmas gift each year!
