Apparently the future of beauty and skin care is in pills - 'nutricosmetics'. I am forever taking vitamins and supplements for various things - echinacea, milk thistle, Vitamin E & C, evening primrose oil, you name it, I'm probably taking it!
And having recently worked with a client in this space (Healthspan, which recently launched ‘Uniquely You’, a new digital personalised nutrition ‘prescription model’ based on a lifestyle and health goals questionnaire) I'm intrigued to see how the sector develops.
