Having driven for four hours on the motorway during yesterday's storms, I felt like everyone out there for a good reason (mine was my niece's 5th birthday party) deserved a medal for bravery. However, the two man crew for Etihad deserve their moment in the spotlight.

Running an airline is tough: getting the right equipment, securing the most attractive routes to exotic locations, and spending millions on advertising so people want to travel there with you. With all that said, sometimes just having the best people can make all the difference.
