Encouraging to see a greater number of women in Board roles in the FTSE350 - hitting its target three years early, however, the report has also highlight that leadership opportunities for women below board level hasn't been growing at the same rate, with only 33.5% of women represented.
Equality & diversity needs to be a company-wide focus, at every level, and companies need to do more to address their culture to ensure that once appointed women remain, and succeed, in these roles.
